This agreement is a legal contract between you and Qingyunti VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

Once you begin downloading or using this App, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, resell, or misuse the App or its related trademarks, and you may not reverse engineer source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service operations, we may adjust functions, plans, or fees and will communicate material changes where reasonable. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices.

This Service integrates certain necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you may also be bound by those providers' own terms of service.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If service access fails because of device arrears, data limits, poor signal quality, or carrier network issues, the Service Provider is not responsible for the resulting interruption. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you use roaming outside your home country without a suitable data plan, related fees are your responsibility. Before using the App, please ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, failure caused by device battery depletion, system permission restrictions, or third-party network faults is outside our compensation scope. We work to maintain accurate route information and app versions, but some data may come from third-party partners. To preserve compatibility and security, the App may release updates periodically, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service where permitted by applicable law.
